Per business needs you must reside near DuPage, Will or Cook County areas in the state of Illinois.
As a Transportation Review Specialist you will review and process data entry for non-emergency medical transportation requests for
the Non-Emergency Transportation Standing Prior Approval Program.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone to medical providers, transportation providers, participants,
and the call center team.
- Able to process and document data entry based on the review and validation process.
- Pay attention to detail. Critical review of historical prior/post approvals to determine the adjudication process with the non-emergent transportation
- Minimum of 3years experience in a call center
- High production in data entry
- Knowledge of the Medicaid program
- Extensive knowledge on how to operate a computer/phone system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
