About the Position 

The Program Manager will support the Operations Policy and Support Manager in the Business Continuity Plans (BCP) development, standardization and maintenance of policies, procedures, best practices, playbooks.  

  • Works with the operations manager to conduct analysis of client and company operating documents and procedures to identify documentation needs. Prepares or revises documents in the development of the proposal, interview presentation and other required documents to illustrate the results of the needs assessment or workflow meetings
  • Create/Update documentation libraries and boilerplate materials. Maintain and update proposal boilerplate, current corporate information, location profiles, resumes, bios, customer references and templates as needed. 
  • Translates complicated technical information into clear; concise documents for various target audiences and distributes up-to-date documentation to appropriate clients
  • Conducts regular life cycle reporting on governing documents inclusive of reviews to ensure content is current and complete
  • Work with the Manager on the BCP plans and templates and communication to locations
  • Write operation policies and procedures for Operations and Operations Support
  • Supports the Employee Portal and provides assistance to employees who need assistance in accessing operations documents and ensuring they are relevant

Program Manager Qualifications 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Technical writing
  • Familiarity with graphic design
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels of employees
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
